Congressional candidate, Tony Castro, sponsored a free BBQ for the community on Sunday December 10, 2023. The event took place at Ponderosa Park in the city of Anaheim, in Orange County, California. Attendees enjoyed a free BBQ at the park with 100% angus beef hamburgers, hotdogs, salad, snacks, and refreshments. The food was completely free for anyone who showed up. Tony Castro educated the crowd about how corporate donations play a negative role in politics.

Volunteer, Margarita Rodriguez, cooked 100% angus beef, hamburgers and hotdogs at the free BBQ. Salad, snacks, and refreshments were also served. One minor was pre-registered, one 18 year old was newly registered, and several others were registered and re-registered to vote. Tony Castro educated the crowd about how corporate donations play a negative role in politics.
